Introduction

Great for left over chicken. Great for left over chicken.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
    .5 cup Pimentos
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup Del Monte Cut Green Beans
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Tips

This takes about 45 mins. to put together and if using a glass casserole dish, bake for 45 mins. instead of 30.


Directions

Dice the chicken, put onion in butter and cook until tender, add all other ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. Put into 3 Qt. casserole and bake for 30 mins. until bubbly.
