Introduction

My trainer would make these for me. I would get 2 very small pancakes or 2 small heart-shaped waffles. I have not made this yet so I don't know how many servings are in each batch quite yet so I'm guessing. My trainer would make these for me. Ingredients

    2 eggs, Eggland’s best vegetarian feed or farm fresh (local farmer)
    1 cup organic unsweetened soymilk
    3 tbsp EVOO
    2 tsp organic honey
    1½ cup organic 100% whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    ½ cup blueberries
    Cinnamon to taste
    2 scoops of vanilla protein

    ¼ cup Sugar Free Syrup or 2 tbsp Organic Jam

    For Pancakes:
    Take away 1 egg; adjust flour & soymilk for desired thickness/fluffiness
