Ingredients

    12 tsp Bacon grease
    793.7 grams Cabbage, fresh
    3 tsp Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino (by CARMAR222)
    1 serving LEE KUM KEE PURE SESEME OIL SERV 1 Tbsp (by TINYBUBBLES55)
    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    1 tbsp Asian Chili Paste (by REFERENCE)
    1 tsp Garlic
    2 tsp Ginger Root
    1 small (3" long) Scallions, raw
    1.5 tsp Lawry's Minced Onion (dried) (by CRISSMAN00)

Tips

I usually put a lid on it and simmer for the last 15 min.


Directions

shred cabbage- set aside
in skillet add grease, ground beef and cook until done
add all other ingredients including the cabbage.
