Ingredients

16 oz Sirloin, strip steak, lean only
3 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp chopped Shallots
4 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
.33 cup Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium
3 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
1 tsp Ginger Root
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 cup Corn Starch
.75 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
Tips
Serve over rice.
Directions
1. Cut the steak into thin strips.
2. Heat the oil over medium heat & cook beef until desired doneness (6-8 minutes for well done). Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Add garlic and all veggies to the same pan with a little water. Cook for 5 minutes (not all the way).
4. In a bowl mix the cornstarch and beef broth until blended. Add sauces, ginger, garlic, sugar.
5. Pour sauce into pan with veggies. Cook until thickened.
6. Add the beef back to the pan. Stir well, cook 1 minute.
