Ingredients

    50.0 gram Tesco Scottish Porridge Oats
    1.0 tbsp peak milk
    6.0 tsp Canderel green Stevia
    1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Soak oats for 30 mins, Add egg , milk and stevia. Whip all. Divide batter into 3 and Fry with olive oil until golden brown.
