    2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)
    1/8 c. serving Carrot, shredded for salad portion
    2 each Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
    1/4 c. cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice
    1/4 c. cup Dole - Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup
    1/8 c. cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Top romaine lettuce with all ingredients.
