Ingredients

    6.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    16.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    1.0 cup, packed Raisins
    0.5 cup Pumpkin seeds
    1.0 cup, slivered Almonds
    1.0 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    0.5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts
    0.25 cup Coconut Oil
    0.25 cup Butter, salted
    0.66 cup Honey

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt coconut oil, butter, and honey in small saucepan. Do not boil. Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined. Spread on two cookie sheets covered in parchment paper. Roast in oven at 350 for 12-18 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.
