Introduction


Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb. Salmon Fillet Skin on
    2 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 Tbps. Honey
    2Tbps. Dijon Mustard
    1 Garlic clove, minced
    1Tbps. Lemon juice
    1Tsp. Chili Powder (optional)
    Sea Salt

Directions

Rinse Fish Pat Dry.
In Shallow Dish ,mix Olive Oil, Honey, Mustard, Garlic, Lemon Juice and Chili powder.
Place Fish in mixture turning to coat with marinade.
Cover and marinate 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Reserve marinade.
Use baking dish and cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
After 8 minutes of baking, pour marinade over salmon as a glaze.
Season with Sea Salt.
Serve salmon with pan juices spooned over it.

In a hurry marinate 30 Minutes at room Temp.
