Ingredients

    2 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/15
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    .30 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Brown ground turkey, add in the broccoli and onions, beat two large eggs in bowl, season eggs to taste, pour over turkey mixture, stir to mix evenly and eggs start to cook, slice cherry tomato and place on top is egg mixture, sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, place in preheated oven -350 degree, about 5 to 6 minutes or until egg cooks through and cheese is melted. Top with salsa (optional).
