YOU CAN CUT THE OLIVE OIL TO HALF IF YOU WISH, IT WILL STILL BE TASTEY.


Directions

FRY CHOPPED ONIONS TO SOFTEN, ADD FROZEN SPINACH AND LET IT THAW AND JUICES ARE EVAPORATED. ADD EGGS AND COVER SO THE EGGS ARE EASY OVER.
