Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    8 clove Garlic
    2 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    2 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast

Directions

Put carrots and onions in slow cooker. Cut cabbage into quarters and lay them on top. Add garlic and some bay leaves. Put beef on top and cover with tomatoes and broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours depending on your beef.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
