Ingredients

    6.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    2.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    4.5 oz Old El Paso green chiles
    1.0 oz Old El Paso Taco Seasoning package
    2.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen

Directions

Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until crisp tender. Cook and shred chicken. Add everything to slow cooker. Cook 2-3 hrs on high or 4-5 hours on low.
