    1.0 cup Lentils, cooked
    0.25 cup Olive Oil
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1.0 cup Bob''s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Rice flour, white
    0.5 cup Rice flour, brown
    0.5 cup Bob''s Red Mill Tapioca Flour
    0.75 cup Maple Syrup
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin


Mix all dry ingredients together in small bowl. Purée lentils with olive oil. Add remaining wet ingredients (except apples). Add dry ingredients to wet. Incorporate apples. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan before removing from pan.
