Ingredients

FILLING
1 large Onions, raw
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Butter, salted
13 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
8 oz Jimmy Dean Breakfast sausage, hot (by WELSTEACH)
4 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
1 tbsp Basil
4 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/2 water
CRUST
3/4 cup Almond Flour -
4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
4 tbsp Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 dash Salt
3 tbsp Coconut Oil or olive oil
1 large Egg
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
TOPPING
8 oz cottage cheese
7 oz Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Butter for greasing pan and hands
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degree.
Chop onion fine and cook in butter after a minute add ground meat. When meat is cooked add salt & pepper and spices. Add tomato paste and water. Combine. Continue to simmer for at least 20 minutes on low. While you make the crust.
Line a well greased springform pan with parchment paper ( bottom and sides ) . Mix all the dough/crust ingredients in a food processor or Ninja mixer . You can also use a fork till mixed.
With well greased hands use half the dough for the bottom and the rest for the sides. Pre-bake for 10 minutes. When done add meat mixture then top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes
