Ingredients

    1 lb. Beef London Broil, sliced thin
    1 med Onions, large chopped
    1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
    2 clove Garlic, minced
    1 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 cup Beef broth
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers
    1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Trim a sliced the beef,
Spray large pan with veg spray,
saute onions, peppers, and garlic for a few minutes,
Add beef and simmer till beginning to brown,
Add remaining ingredient, mixing the cornstarch with broth first.
Simmer till meat and veggies are tender.

Serve over rice large egg noodles.

For an Asian flare, add a few tablespoons of Soy sauce and/or Teriyaki, serve over rice.

For an Italian taste add a can of diced tomatoes and serve over pasta.

For a Russian or Scandinavian taste leave out the vinegar and pepper and add 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1 tbl of Worcestershire sauce
