    0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened

Directions

Mix together & bake in muffin trays for 25 mins @ 180C
