4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1 cup Butter, salted
6 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1.5 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
48 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener Brown Sugar Blend (by ASHLEY_ELAYNE)
Tips
48tsp is equal to 1 cup
I used truvia brown sugar blend to cut sugars and make it diabetic friendly
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mash bananas ; -add softened butter eggs and. Sugar and vanilla together. Mix
Mix together flour salt and soda and add to wet mixture. Blend until well mixed
Spray 2 loaf pans with non stick spray
Put 1/2 batter into each pan and bake for 30-40 min or till fork comes out clean
Cool
Each loaf slices 10-12 slices
Calories: 200 per slice
* note * 48 tsp = 1cup
