    1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    3 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    5 sprigs Parsley
    3 fig Figs, dried

Tips

You can substitute figs for dates. There is really no cooking time, It takes only 5 minutes to prep in food processor.


Directions

In food processor:
Start with the herbs
Add figs.
Add tomato, then vinegar.
