Ingredients

    113 gram(s) (4oz) Ghirardelli 100% Cacao Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar (by TIANAKI)
    4 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
    1/2C +1T crisco unrefined coconut oil (by CLZ8957)
    3 pieces Brach's Star Brites Peppermint Mints
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.25 tsp peppermint extract (by IT8EVERYTHING)

Tips

You can set the chocolate without added oil if desired. You can sub cacao butter for the oil if you have it on hand or can find some, for me coconut oil is easier to access.


Directions

Melt dark chocolate bar, 1T oil in boiler. Add 2g/2 packets stevia. Set in small square pan in freezer on parchment.
Melt oil remaining, add remaining stevia, vanilla peppermint. Bring back to room temp and pour over dark. Add candy bits. Set in freezer until hardened. Cut into 1.5"-2" squares.

Serving Size: Makes about 24 small squares
