Ingredients

2 cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ)
1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.5 serving Stevia in the Raw
Tips
Make tumeric paste ahead of time to save prep time
Directions
Make Tumeric Paste:
1/4 cup tumeric in 1/2 cup water. Cook over gentle heat for 7-10 minutes. Transfer to glass jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
For drink:
Add the following to saucepan over low heat:
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 inch chopped fresh ginger root
1 tsp-1Tbl tumeric paste
4-6 peppercorns
pinch stevia
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Strain liquid to remove ginger/peppercors
Divide into 2 mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon
Enjoy before bedtime!
