Introduction

Ingredients

1.75 cup Great Value 100% Canned Pumpkin
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
24 tsp Splenda
2 oz DaVinci Gourmet - Sugar Free Syrup (Hazelnut, Vanilla, etc.)
12 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
.5 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat well with and electric mixer.
2. Pour into a buttered 9" pie plate.
3. Bakes at 350 for 45-55 mins, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Cool on rack, then chill before serving. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
