Ingredients

    500 gram Salmon, fresh (4 x 125g fillet)
    0.25 cup Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Rosemary
    0.25 cup Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon)
    1 Lemon (sliced, for garnish)
    125 mL White Wine
    50 gram(s) Waitrose Cooks' Ingredients Salted Capers (about 4 tsp)
    Salt & Pepper

Tips

Goes well with steamed asparagus and roasted baby new potatoes.


Directions

Brush the top and bottom of each salmon fillet with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Please each fillet on a piece of foil that is big enough to fold over and seal.

Top each fillet with lemon slices, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp wine, and 1 tsp capers.

Wrap up tightly.

Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
