Ingredients

    1 serving parsely, 1 cup chopped raw (by SUZANNAHGERBER)
    .5 cup bulgar, dry (by SMM32SMM32)
    1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    1 serving Cucumber, Fresh (1 Cup Sliced)
    1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.3 cup Lemon Juice
    .25 cup Olive Oil

Tips

Rinse and soak the bulgar. Chop up everything else when the bulgar is soaking.


Directions

Soak the bulgar in boiling water for 30 minutes after 4 or 5 rinsings. Then chop everything. Mix with salt and pepper as desired. Let it sit for an hour in the fridge then mix again and serve
