Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground turkey
    2 15-oz cans red chili beans
    2 15-oz cans tomato sauce
    1/2 cup chopped white onions
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

Serve over tortilla chips and top with cheese, sliced green onion & sour cream.
Serve over spaghetti for a delicious twist.


Directions

1. Saute ground turkey with onion and spices until browned and no longer pink.
2. Add chili beans, tomato sauce and one can of water. Bring to a boil.
3. Lower the heat, cover and simmer until desired thickness, about 1 hour. The longer it simmers, the more flavorful the chili will become.
