Introduction

This is great if you have a lot of people over for brunch or breakfast. You can add turkey bacon or turkey sausage. Ingredients

    9 Eggs
    3 Cups Skim Milk
    1/2 Tsp Mustard
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Salt
    4 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
    8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

The night before you want to serve mix all ingredients in an oven safe 13x9x2 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
