Introduction

Even if you don't like Onions you will really enjoy this Casserole. Even if you don't like Onions you will really enjoy this Casserole.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lg Vidalia Onion (sliced)
    1 Stick of I Can't Believe It's Butter
    1 pkg Nabisco low Sodium Ritz Crakers
    1 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese

Directions

Sautee onions in stick butter until transparent. In casserol edish layer onions, crushed crackers then cheese. Repeat layers again. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 mins until cheese has melted.
