Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 small Onions, raw
    5 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    1 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple
    4 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
    1 serving Sausage, ground Turkey (Honeysuckle Brand) 1 lb (by JANMORROW1)
    3 cup, chopped Kale

Tips

Remember the apples will cook fast - if you want them crisp, add them towards the end.


Directions

Sauté sausage. Set aside. Sauté onion, squash for about 8 minutes. Add the chopped apple, apple cider, salt and sauté for 5 minutes. Add back the sausage. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover skilled and add kale on top. Cover and let kale steam for 2-3 minutes. Remove lid and stir together. Cook until at consistency desired. Serve with fried egg on top. Calories does not include the egg.
