I tweaked a few different recipes I found on line. A real winner. Add as much cucumber, onion and garlic and you like. As far as I am concerned. . .you can never have too much of any of um!! Ingredients

    * Fat Free Mayo - 5.5 tablespoons
    * Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .2/3 cup
    * Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    * Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    * Cucumber (peeled), 1 large chopped
    * Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Mix together mayo, yogurt, garlic, onions, cucumber and salt. Cover, refrigerate and ENJOY!!
