Ingredients

    1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    0.12 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
    0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    35.0 gram Mission Flour Tortillas Small Fajita Super Soft (1 tortillia)
    0.25 serving Jennie-O Mild Turkey Breakfast Sausage Lean, 2 0z
    0.12 cup Kraft Cheese Natural Finely Shredded mild cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Weigh out 1/2 oz of the sausage. 2. Chop the pepper and measure out about 1/4 cup. 3. Wrap tortilla in a moistened paper towel, and place in microwave for about 10-20 seconds, set aside and keep warm. ( Just leaving it in the microwave will do) 4. In small bowl, beat the egg and cheese together, set aside. 5. Using a medium skillet, on medium heat, melt 1/2 of the butter. 6. Add the peppers and onions and sausage, stirring and chopping up the sausage til sausage is well done. ( add salt and pepper to taste) 7. Add the other 1/2 of the butter to the sausage egg mixture in skillet, let the butter melt, then remix the egg mixture and pour into skillet. 8. Stir and cook til egg is just done, remove skillet from heat. (the egg will continue to cook til set). 9. Remove tortilla from the paper towel and place on plate. 10. Place all of the egg mixture on the tortilla, then roll it up burrito style. Secure with toothpick. Let set for a few seconds. Remove toothpick and enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
