Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp ground flax seed
⅓ cup Truvia Baking Blend
¼ tsp stevia extract powder
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
¼ cup canola oil
1 cup half and half
1 tbsp vanilla
½ tsp orange extract
½ bag (6 oz) cranberries
½ cup cranberry-nut trail mix
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar, for topping (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flours, flax, Truvia, stevia, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt; set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, half and half and extracts.
Add dry ingredients, stirring to combine.
Fold in cranberries and trail mix.
Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle top with turbinado sugar.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 40 minutes before turning out.
Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf, 10 slices
