Ingredients

    672.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh
    12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

Sautee mushrooms in butter. Beat together eggs and milk. Stir in cheese and cooked mushrooms. Bake in a 400 degrees oven until brown.
