Ingredients

    4 cup, chopped Kale
    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    0.50 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium)
    .75 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .33 oz Walnuts
    3 serving Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Raspberry & Walnut Dressing, 2 Tbsp
    2 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    .33 cup, chopped red Onions, raw

Tips

Blueberries are good in this or add chicken for a main dish!


Directions

Chop kale, broccoli, and cabbage, shred carrots, dice Apple and onion. Toss with nuts, cranberries, and dressing. May add black pepper if desired. Let sit for a few minutes to develop flavor.
