    16 oz TURKEY, GROUND, ALL NATURAL BUTTERBALL
    8 oz TURKEY, GROUND BREAKFAST SAUSAGE, JENNIE O
    1 medium Vadalia onion, chunky diced
    2 stalk, large Celery. chunky sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large Carrot, raw, diced
    1med chili pepper, sliced
    2.5 cup TOMATOES, DICED WITH GREEN CHILES, FRESH FINDS, 10oz
    2 cup TOMATOES, DICED IN JUICE, FRESH FINDS
    2 cup VEGETABLE JUICE, Low Sodium, Laura Lynn
    1 tbls Northwest Spice, Penzeys
    1 tbls Adobo, Penzeys
    1 tsp. Alleppo Spice, Penzeys
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbls. olive oil

Tips

You can add red kidney or chili beans. Adjust nutritional info


Directions

Sautee onions, garlic, chili pepper, carrot and celery in olive oil for 3 minutes over med. heat. Add ground turkey and ground turkey sausage and brown..keep chunky. Add all spices. Combine veggie juice, and tomatoes and add to meat mixture in 4 qt. slow cooker or simmer pot. Simmer for 2 hours..stirring occasionally. Serve with shredded cheese, sliced green onion. Great with buttermilk cornbread. Can be frozen and reheated.
