Ingredients

    .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    6 serving Russet Idaho Potatoe (1 Medium) (by CRAIGZEKI)
    3 dash Salt
    3 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp

Directions

Peel and boil potatoes. Place in a stand mixer, add salt, skim milk, and Country Crock. Blend slow at first then increase speed. Let Potatoes whip in mixer (about 10 mins) Makes light fluffy mashed potatoes.
