Introduction

Ingredients

    350 gram jar Al'Fez Apricot and Coriander (Morrocan Tagine Cooking Sauce)
    225 grams Chicken Breast, no skin, sliced
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 medium onion, sliced lengthways
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
    70 gram Courgette, sliced
    90 grams Carrots, sliced
    130 grams Potato, sliced
    2 tbsp Coriander seed, ground
    1 tbsp Coriander leaves, fresh

Directions

Saute vegetables, ground coriander seeds and chicken in olive oil. When vegetables are softened and chicken is sealed on all sides, add jar of Moroccan sauce and about half a cup of water. Let simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Serve with couscous or rice.
