Introduction

Easy, fast dinner. Add parsley, bell peppers, paprika, veggies, etc. exchange rice for noodles, ground turkey/chicken or beans for beef. Its pretty versatile. Ingredients

    1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef
    6 cup Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 cup Water
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 pkg McCormick Beef Stroganoff mix
    1 pkg LIPTON ONION, Mix, Dry

Directions

Heat oil on medium high, add beef, cook until no longer pink. Stir in sauce packet and water. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
