Ingredients

    1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    4 oz Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water
    5.5 oz Barilla protein plus farfalle (by HEIDI586)
    1 serving 1 Large Brown Egg
    2 serving Velveeta Slices Queso Blanco
    2 oz Great Value - Easy Melt - Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product (1/3 Less Fat than Cheddar Cheese) (by DULTIMATE1)
    1 serving Great Value Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese (1 slice)
    3 tbsp Martha White Yellow Cornmeal Mix (by PEDNURSEMOM)
    .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

Tips

The meal could also serve 4 for a smaller meal.


Directions

Boil pasta
Mix together salmon, rice, egg (add any sauces or flavoring a you like to this) and press into balls. You can bake or pan fry (make sure you take into account any oil you use).
Drain pasta and add velveeta, cheese, and milk. Stir slowly over heat until ingredients are melted and combined.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: 5 salmon balls and about 1.5 c Mac and cheese
