    4.0 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken
    1.0 cup Bird's Eye Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice
    1.0 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)
    1.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 tbsp Basil
    1.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1.0 serving LaRosa's Red Onion Slices (14 g)
    1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil
    0.2 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
    1.0 Grams Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    1.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked

Directions
