Introduction

Ingredients

oil, 1 tsp
16 large button mushrooms
onion, 2 TB minced
2 TB unseasoned, bread crumbs
1 TB Parmesan style grated topping
1 egg
1 TSP dried parsley or 1 TB fresh
1 TB lite Mayo
1 can 4.5 oz, drained, crab meat
Directions
remove stems from mushroom caps and rinse and dry stems and tops.
Mince stems. Heat oil in skillet and saute stems and onion for 4-6 minutes, do not burn!!
Mix stem and onion mixture with remaining ingredients. Add about 1 TSP into each mushroom cap.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Makes 16 servings, 1 mushroom each.
but with these great stats, feel free to eat more than one!!!!!

I made a few changes otherwise I would give this 5 stars because it's awesome. I don't like onions or mayo so I substituted a garlic clove and 1/2 oz neufatchel cheese. Somehow I missed the part about adding an egg, & I didn't have bread crumbs, so I crushed 3 saltines. I added some Old Bay too. - 4/16/09
