Introduction

This is a take on the 3 ingredients recipe from someone else's post. I wanted to cut the calories and fat from regular peanut butter and not use sugar. Ingredients

16.0 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    12.0 tsp Splenda

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix PB2 and water to make 1 cup of peanut butter. And egg and mix, then add Splenda (1/2 cup). Drop by spoonfuls to make 12 cookies. Smash dough down just a bit with a fork dusted with a little flour or some Pam. Bake for 9-10 minutes I've not tried these yet using egg beaters, which would cut the calories a bit more. These are tasty cookies but you can add more or less splenda to suit your taste.
