Ingredients

    2 shots fresh espresso
    1/2 tbsp organic coconut oil
    filtered water (to taste)

Tips

This is the ultimate sugar-free, low-carb coffee treat. To make it "bulletproof," also add 1 tbsp of grass-fed unsalted butter. This will keep you feeling full between breakfast and lunch.


Directions

Brew espresso. While espresso is brewing, put a teakettle of filtered water on to boil. Put two espresso shots in a mug. Add hot water to taste, then 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. Stir until coconut oil dissolves.

Serving Size: Makes 1 mug of coffee.
