Ingredients

    8.0 oz Fish, Swai Fillet
    0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.5 cup Milk, 1%
    2.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.0 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    3.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Onion powder
    2.0 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Sauteed chopped onion and minced garlic Cut fish into cubes Using broth and flour make a rue set aside Add rest of broth, canned crushed tomatoes and frozen spinach When spinach has all thawed, bring mixture to a boil and add fish. When fish has cooked through stir in rue to thicken. Simmer 20 minutes
