Ingredients

    3.0 cup Milk, nonfat
    0.08 tsp Paprika
    0.08 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 dash Salt
    2.0 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, enriched
    5.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp
    1.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.08 tsp Cheyenne powder

Directions

Boil macaroni in water with dash of salt pre heat oven to 375 Melt butter gradually add flour stirring 3 minutes low heat Remove from heat Gradually add milk whip with wire whisk add spices Heat to boiling whipping constantly Thicken then remove from heat and add cheddar Drain macaroni Fold into cheese mixture into casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes last 3 under broiler Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
