Ingredients

    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8.0 patty, cooked (raw dimensions: 3-7/8" dia x 1/4" thick) Pork Sausage
    2.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4.0 large Egg white, fresh
    0.5 serving Panera Bread Ciabatta
    50.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    0.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.5 serving Carl's Jr., 1% Lowfat Milk

Directions

Saute sausage until cooked. Add vegetables and garlic. Saute a few minutes until soft. Tear up bread into bite-sized pieces and put in greased 9x12" pan. Add sausage and veggies evenly over the top. Beat eggs with 1/2 cup 1% milk and pour over the top. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Bake @ 350 for 45 min to an hour. Serving Size: 12
