Ingredients

    kidney beans, 2 cans
    corn, 1 can
    olives (sliced), 1 can
    stewed tomatoes (mexican style), 2 cans
    3 1/2 cups of water
    1-1.5 lb lean ground turkey

    **recipe can also be done with regular stewed tomatoes and 1 packet of taco seasoning

Directions

Brown up the lean ground turkey. Pour all other ingredients into crock pot and set heat/temp on the 4 hour setting.

Makes 8 servings. Can also be served up with lite sour cream, cheese, and tortilla chips.
