16 oz Ground beef, lean
16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
.25 cup Flour, white
6 tbsp Heinz -Tomato Ketchup (Per 1 tbsp)
1 cup Mixed Vegetables, canned
1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
4 cup Mashed Potatoes
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
.25 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
Tips
Makes 2 pies, one for the freezer for later.
Directions
Peel 2 pounds of yellow flesh potatoes, cut into chunks and boil until tender. Mash with heated milk and parmesan cheese until smooth. Brown meat with onion. sprinkle flour and stir in until it forms a roux like consistency. Add drained veg and stir to combine. spread into 2 casserole dishes and top with mashed potatoes mix with parmesan. Bake at 350 until bubbly approx. 30 min.
