Ingredients

Oatmeal:
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange Juice
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Pinch sea salt
1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
1/2 cup milk
Toppings:
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup
Orange segments
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
Directions
In a large saute pan, bring the fresh orange juice, water, and salt to a gentle boil.
Add steel cut oats, orange zest, and dried cranberries. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the milk and cook 5-7 minutes more.
Serve hot, topping each serving with 1 Tbsp maple syrup, 2 Tbsp chopped pecans, and segments from half an orange.
