Ingredients

    2.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    .75 cup Milk, canned, evaporated
    .333 cup Butter, salted
    0.5 tsp Salt
    3 cup marshmallow, miniature (by DONNAW1231)
    168 gram(s) Butterscotch chips, Nestle (14g=1 Tbsp) (by SLIMKATIE)
    32 tbsp Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsel (by SARLENROB)
    8 tbsp chopped walnuts
    0.5 tsp Maple extract, Imiitation - Watkins 8/14 (by ALILDUCKLING)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

In a large heavy gauge saucepan, combine evaporated milk, butter, sugar and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add marshmallows. Mix marshmallows melt and stir until smooth. Place half the hot mixture in a bowl; add Nestle butterscotch morsels, walnuts and maple extract. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth and set aside. To remaining mixture add Nestle milk chocolate morsels and vanilla extract. Spread chocolate mixture onto foil-lined 9 inch square pan. Pour butterscotch mixture over chocolate layer; chill in refrigerator until firm 2 to 3 hours. Cut into 1 inch squares. Makes about 2 1/2 pounds candy. Makes nice gift for fudge lovers.
