    * Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Onion, chopped
    * Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    * Sweet potato, 2 cup, cubes
    * Vegetable Broth, 3 cups
    * Thyme, dried 1 tsp
    * Paprika, 0.5 tsp
    * Salt sense 0.5 tsp
    * Tomatoes (stewed), 14 oz. can
    * Garbanzo Beans, 15 oz. can
    * Frozen Cut Green Beans, 16 oz. package


Saute onion, garlic and sweet potato for 5-10 minutes. Add broth and spices. Bring to a boil. Cover,reduce heat. Simmer for15 minutes. Add tomatoes, chickpeas, and green beans-cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
