Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1.50 cup, chopped carrots
    ! T flour
    7 oz canned salmon
    1/2 T Coconut Oil
    2.5 cup milk, 1%

Directions

Steam the carrots until tender. Add flour to small amount of milk. Mash carrots. Add all other ingredients. Simmer until heated.

Serving Size: makes 3 side servings or 2 main servings
